Advising AB InBev on the European Commission’s ongoing abuse-of-dominance investigation with respect to parallel trade between the Netherlands, Belgium and France, one of the most important ongoing cases in the European fast-moving consumer goods sector.
Representing ThyssenKrupp in a number of follow-on damages claims in the Netherlands and Belgium concerning elevators and escalators.
Advising Warburg Pincus and Apax, on the acquisition of T-Mobile Netherlands, the Dutch fixed and mobile communication services business, for an enterprise value of €5.1 bn from Deutsche Telekom and Tele2 of Sweden.
Advising The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. on its proposed acquisition of NN Investment Partners, a leading European asset manager based in the Netherlands, from NN Group N.V.
Advising funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management on the acquisition of High Tech Campus Eindhoven (HTCE) from investor Marcel Boekhoorn.
