About Susannah Benjamin
Susannah specializes in high-stakes securities litigation and commercial disputes. While based in the New York office, she maintains a bi-coastal practice representing multinational corporations, boards, and executives. Susannah handles complex matters including securities fraud class actions, shareholder derivative suits, 220 books-and-records demands, SIPA bankruptcy proceedings, and ERISA lawsuits, in addition to advising clients on the contents of their corporate disclosures.
Outside of law, Susannah has built a significant photography portfolio (google it!) and caters to the whims of her cantankerous chiweenie, Mortimer.
