About Dr. Julia Elser
Julia represents clients in complex commercial and financial disputes with a special focus on post-M&A, banking and insurance litigation. She has gained vast experience in advising clients in mass-claims and on handling strategic challenges of parallel regulatory proceedings. She represents clients before civil courts as well as regulatory authorities. She is also experienced in defending banks against investor claims. She has previously worked with counsel at the German Federal Court of Justice and supported the German inhouse team of a major British bank during a client secondment.
