Lorena advises national and international clients in all areas of collective and individual employment law.
Her main areas of expertise include advising on employment-related aspects of cross-border M&A transactions as well as boardroom matters. In addition, she regularly advises on internal investigations and (employment-related) data protection matters.
Lorena speaks German, English and Italian.

- Advising AEA Investors on the acquisition of a majority stake in SCIO Automation
