About Daniella Jammes
Daniella is a senior associate in our global transactions group and advises clients on a broad range of structured finance arrangements.
She has particular experience in cross-border structured financings, across a variety of industries and involving securitisation, warehouse financing, whole business securitisation and listed public bonds. Daniella works with investment banks, private equity funds, credit funds, fintech companies, specialist lenders and corporate borrowers on complex and innovative structured debt transactions and loan portfolio sales. She also has extensive experience in providing pro bono support on a number of social impact bonds and development impact bonds.
Recent work
- A global asset management firm on the acquisition and financing of a (c. gbp 800m) UK unsecured consumer loan portfolio from a leading UK lender. The transaction involved a leading US global financial institution acting as arranger and a syndicate of global investment banks providing the financing;
- Klarna on a multi-year agreement for a £900 million replenishing commitment under which funds managed by Elliott will purchase buy now, pay later (BNPL) loan receivables originated by Klarna in the United Kingdom;
- Barclays in relation to the warehouse financing of Hometree Finance’s consumer loans for energy saving home improvements;
- Skyborn Renewables group on a revolving credit facility for development expenditure for offshore wind projects across the globe;
- Tesco on draw down under and updates to its Sustainability-Linked EMTN Programme.
