Emelde is a senior associate in our global transactions practice, based in Amsterdam.
She regularly advises domestic and international investors, developers, financial institutions and infrastructure companies and focuses on corporate law, concentrating on private M&A transactions and private equity with real estate aspects.
She is fluent in Dutch and English.
