Before joining Freshfields, Duc honed his legal skills at a well-respected Vietnamese law firm. His practice areas include corporate M&A, banking and finance, competition and securities law, where he has consistently demonstrated his proficiency and dedication.
Duc holds an LLM degree from Queen Mary University of London, which has further enriched his legal knowledge and international perspective.
